Last weekend, I had the opportunity to learn and expand my toolbox for working with teams using the 𝗗𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗰𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿 developed by Bjørn Z. Ekelund
Two intensive days of the Train-the-Trainer seminar, organized by SIETAR Deutschland e.V., provided us with valuable insights and knowledge. A big thank you to Bjørn as well Matthieu K. for their great work in expanding our expertise!
For me, the Diversity Icebreaker is „the“ tool that truly opens up teams, fostering open dialogue about differences and commonalities. In a nutshell, it enhances understanding, improves collaboration, and even helps resolve conflicts – and so much more. I can’t wait to apply it in my future projects!
Furthermore, such seminars are always a wonderful opportunity to exchange ideas with familiar and new colleagues—a true cherry on top that makes investing a weekend in further education absolutely worthwhile
As if that wasn’t enough, after this intensive training, we—the board members of SIETAR Deutschland e.V. —took the opportunity to meet for a workshop to work on current and future projects for our community – a lot to come.
What an intense weekend! Yet, despite the hard work, I returned home tired for sure 😅 – but also feeling fulfilled, inspired, and excited about the journey ahead. 🙃
